Orders & Exchanges

General shipping/delivery information:

Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order. Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day, subject to availability.

We ship via USPS or UPS for expedited service. The shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers. Indrawear is also not liable for any lost or stolen goods delivered to a residence.

 

Payment Information:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Exchanges and Store Credit:

At this time, we do not offer any refunds. We only allow for exchanges and store credit.*

In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must return the original, unworn item you received within 30 days after you receive it. This means that the return needs to be post-marked 30 days from your original receipt of the merchandise. All returns must also include a completed Exchange Form and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will not be charged additional shipping when we send the requested exchange item(s) to you.

We will not accept exchanges or offer store credit for any items that have been worn, altered, laundered, or modified in any way.

*Please note: all sale items are final sale items and are not eligible for an exchange or for store credit.

 

Damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost. Please send us an email to contact@indrawear.com and we will send you an email with a prepaid return shipping label.
